Human Transformation Research Log
This log records material changes in the inquiry. It is not a diary of every activity; it is a trace of revisions that affect questions, methods, evidence, privacy, or public claims.
July 17, 2026 — Program Defined
What changed
- Human Transformation was established as a parent program broader than Leadership or Vocora.
- The inquiry was organized around performance and durable change; language and action; identity and worldview; children and independent learning; groups and coordination; and quality of life.
- Learning Circle was documented as a field project rather than called an experiment.
- Mastery for Life was documented as a program record rather than an enrollment or efficacy page.
- Evidence layers were separated into published evidence, direct observation, participant self-report, interpretation, and open question.
- Additional privacy and consent safeguards were defined for work involving children and identifiable participant stories.
- Detailed legacy leadership pages were moved out of the global sidebar while remaining accessible through section hubs and search.
What remains unresolved
- Operational definitions for transformation, identity change, transfer, and durability.
- A practical measurement plan for independence and peer teaching in Learning Circle.
- A consent-aware process for collecting and publishing participant accounts.
- A longitudinal follow-up design for facilitated programs.
- A source-by-source review of older leadership translations and concept pages.
Future Entry Standard
A log entry should state:
- what changed;
- why it changed;
- what evidence or observation informed the change;
- what was not resolved;
- which pages or methods need revision next.
