Projects
This section documents work that exists in practice: companies, software, systems, bounded initiatives, and experiments that I founded, built, or directly led. Client work and organizations I do not own are not presented here as personal projects.
It is organized by what is being built rather than by every question that the work raises. Cross-cutting questions about learning, language, identity, context, performance, leadership, and coordination are indexed separately under Human Transformation.
Active Bodies of Work
K2Quant
My main company-building work around quantitative systems, software development, artificial intelligence, and the operation of a technical organization.
Vocora
An independent research-and-building project about learning, memory, language practice, and learning technology. Its first working artifact is a vocabulary-practice application.
Vocora is a concrete software project and also one bounded setting inside the broader Human Transformation inquiry. It does not represent every question in that program.
Related Writing
All Writing is the discovery index for essays, research notes, reading notes, translations, project reflections, and experiment reports about software, AI, agent systems, entrepreneurship, company-building, operations, and decision-making.
The writing remains in its canonical content-type section. This index creates a coherent project lens without creating separate copies or parallel technical and startup blogs.
Other Project Records
- K2 OS is a business operating-system project currently being documented.
- FamilyLink is a long-running family-support initiative that is currently paused.
- Experiments is reserved for explicit protocols and results. A product feature, facilitated program, or field observation is not called an experiment unless its question, method, metrics, comparison, ethics, and limitations are documented.
