Research
A practitioner-researcher portfolio of questions, evidence, methods, and revision
My research interests developed through building software and organizations, facilitating leadership and learning, coaching, and examining how changes in performance survive—or fail to survive—outside the setting that first supported them.
This is an independent research portfolio. It does not present professional experience as academic proof. The purpose is to make the question, source, evidence type, ethical boundary, uncertainty, and next step visible.
